These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of clearpathdebtguide.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by ClearPath Debt Guide ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, including our free assessment tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides a free assessment tool that asks you questions in order to identify one or more third-party companies ("Affiliate Partners") whose products or services may be relevant to your situation. Based on your responses, we will redirect you to the website of a matched Affiliate Partner. We do not transmit your assessment information to the Affiliate Partner, contact you on their behalf, or act as an intermediary in any transaction. If you wish to proceed with an Affiliate Partner, you will need to independently provide your information directly on their website. We are not a lender, creditor, or service provider, and we do not guarantee that you will qualify for, or benefit from, any Affiliate Partner's product or service.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the assessment tool, so that we can direct you to the most relevant Affiliate Partner(s) based on your situation.

5. Third-Party Affiliate Partners

Independent Websites. Affiliate Partner websites are independently owned and operated. Once you are redirected, you are subject to that Affiliate Partner's own privacy policy, terms of service, and business practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

No Endorsement. Redirection to an Affiliate Partner does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that partner's products, services, pricing, or business practices.
